Simply click the link provided to you via SMS or Email or scan the QR code on your mailed statement. This link will take you to a secure page to verify your DOB. Once your information has been entered, you will be brought to a payment Dashboard. This dashboard will show you any details regarding your visit history, statements, and balances due.
