Personal Biography
Dr. Loretta Pouso graduated with her D.D.S from New York University College of Dentistry and completed her residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY. Dr. Pouso is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry is Invisalign certified. She was awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), which is one of the highest awards that a dentist can receive. In fact, only about 4-5 dentists per state per year achieve this distinction!
Dr. Pouso has also done various continuing education through the Pankey Institute, NYU Advanced Aesthetics and Digital Smile Design Residency programs.
Dr. Pouso has been practicing dentistry since 2003 and the favorite part of her job is making patients feel comfortable and at ease. Her goal is to develop a long lasting relationship with her patients by helping them improve their oral care.
Born and raised in New York, Dr. Pouso’s free time is usually spent with her family.
