Personal Biography
Dr. Cha completely understands why people are scared of dentists because he was one of them! He had terrible teeth when he was young and had a traumatic experience at the dentist office. So when Dr. Cha became a dentist, he wanted to make sure patients feel welcomed, comfortable and a pleasing experience each time they had an appointment with him.
Dr Cha is a board-certified dentist in the state of New Jersey. He completed his undergraduate degree at Boston College, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He then received his education by getting his Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at UMDNJ. Dr. Cha received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and further continued his dental education by doing a General Practice Residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital. Currently, Dr. Cha is staying current by taking CE courses to keep up with the latest dental techniques and research. Dr. Cha is also a member of New Jersey Dental Association and American Dental Association.
Dr. Cha currently resides in Hudson County. In his spare time, he is usually found hiking local mountains, hopelessly rooting for his Mets, or looking for the best burger in New York City.
