Dr. Parker completed his undergraduate degree at The American University and went on to receive his dental degree at Howard University College of Dentistry. He completed his residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was a dental resident in anesthesiology. Dr. Parker has lectured extensively on Long Island on Cosmetic Dentistry and Occlusion. He also worked on a study on the use of Juvederm as a treatment for Papillae Deficiencies with Dr. Scott Blyer, and one article on the AGive Back a Smile@ reconstruction he completed for the AACD, which was featured on Fox 5 News. He is also CPR and TECC Certified.
Dr. Parker loves taking care of people and his patients. He wants to increase their smiles, which is what people often recognize most when making a first impression, and bring out their inner beauty. Dr. Parker wants every patient to have the “wow factor” when they look in the mirror after their treatment is complete, as this is what helps keep him going.
Dentistry is Dr. Parker’s passion, and he has trained with some of the best people in the world – shaping him both personally and professionally. He knew in high school that wanted to be a dentist, as his childhood dentist inspired him during that time and was his first mentor.

What others are saying about The Smilist Dental
“What a great experience! Everyone who works here is kind and caring. They take the time to explain what’s going on. They’re friendly. They make you feel taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and I normally hate going to the dentist.”
