Personal Biography
Dr. A. Hudda Baig, is a dentist dedicated to providing the highest quality dental care. Originally from Long Island, Dr. Baig completed her undergraduate studies at Stony Brook University, where she majored in Hispanic Languages and Literature (Spanish) and minored in Biology.
Her passion for science and healthcare led her to pursue a Master’s in Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers University in Newark, before ultimately attending Western University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine in Pomona, Southern California, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in 2023.
Following dental school, Dr. Baig completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson, the very same hospital where she was born. Since completing her GPR in 2024, she has been practicing dentistry with a focus on creating meaningful, personalized care for her patients.
Her clinical interests are wide-ranging, and she continues to further her expertise through continuing education. Dr. Baig‘s commitment to expanding her knowledge and skills ensures that she remains at the forefront of modern dental practice.
Dr. Baig finds the greatest joy in seeing the positive impact her work can have on her patients’ lives. Whether it’s restoring a chipped tooth, crafting a beautiful new smile with dentures, or simply adjusting a bite, she understands that even the smallest changes can make a world of difference in a patient’s confidence and well-being. Her true passion lies in transforming patients’ experiences with dentistry, especially those who come in fearful of dental care. Through clear communication and compassionate care, she helps patients overcome their anxieties and develop a positive relationship with their oral health.
A proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Suffolk County Dental Association, and the New York State Dental Association, Dr. Baig is committed to lifelong learning and service to her community.
Outside of the office, Dr. Baig is a lover of food, culture, and languages. Fluent in Spanish, Urdu, and with basic proficiency in Punjabi, she enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds. In her free time, Dr. Baig enjoys swimming, exploring beaches, and taking in rooftop views. She is also an avid traveler, always excited to try new restaurants and explore the vibrant boroughs of New York City. When not exploring, she enjoys light reading, brisk walks, and is currently training for her first 5K.
