Personal Biography
Dr. Benjamin Lin is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through high-quality, compassionate dental care. With a background in chemical engineering from Michigan State University and a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree earned in 2022, Dr. Lin completed his residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center—where he advanced his training in comprehensive care, esthetics, and complex treatments.
Known for his calm chairside manner and attention to detail, Dr. Lin believes that great dentistry goes beyond teeth—it’s about building confidence, trust, and lasting relationships. Whether he’s creating beautiful smiles with veneers, crowns, or Invisalign, he takes pride in being a partner in his patients’ journey toward better oral health.
Dr. Lin stays current in the latest techniques and technologies. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the Ohio Dental Society. In the future, he hopes to transition into teaching esthetic and surgical techniques, sharing his knowledge with the next generation of dentists.
One of Dr. Lin’s most memorable experiences involved treating a patient who was fearful of dentistry and struggled with oral health. Over time, he helped her overcome her anxiety and reclaim her smile—an experience that reinforced his belief in the power of empathy and consistency in care.
Born in Detroit and raised partly in China, Dr. Lin graduated from Shanghai American School before returning to the U.S. for college and dental school. He and his younger brother share a love of cooking and often team up in the kitchen for family dinners (always hoping their parents approve!).
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Lin enjoys running along the Charles River, boxing, and playing pickleball or volleyball. He also loves trying new restaurants and spending time with friends.
